On 28 April 2015, from 2 to 5:30 pm, the Sheraton Warsaw will host a seminar on the new Directive of the European Parliament and Council (2014/104/EU of 26 November 2014) concerning private enforcement, entitled “EU private enforcement directive: enhanced possibility of enforcing competition rules under private law”.  The event will be organized by the law firms of Hansberry-Tomkiel and Radwan-Röhrenschef.

The meeting will present a unique opportunity to learn the opinions of experts representing the initiators of the changes, the institutions implementing them, as well as the beneficiaries of the new system. The following guests have already confirmed their participation: a representative of the Directorate-General for Competition, representative of the Polish Ministry of Justice, the Court of Appeal, as well as lawyers and entrepreneurs. The discussion will tackle current regulations and plans on how to implement the Directive into the Polish legal system.
