The workshop co-organised by the Polish Competition Law Association and Baker&McKenzie Krzyżowski i Wspólnicy sp.k. was held on December 18, 2013.

The workshop was led by Mr. Marcin Kolasiński, partner and legal advisor at Baker&McKenzie.

Selected issues occurring with increasing frequency in recent UOKiK’s rulings were discussed, with special emphasis on 2013 decisions:

- the consortium vs. bid rigging – what is illegal and what is legally acceptable. UOKiK’s interpretations vs. expert commentaries,

- conditional clearances – the purpose of conditions imposed by the UOKiK Chairperson vs. their enforceability.
