Membership Fees

We recommend

Members of the Association (natural persons) and supporting members (legal persons) are required to pay annual membership fees.   As at January 2023, the annual fee for a natural person is PLN 250.  The membership fee for supporting members is determined individually and subject to negotiation with the Management Board of the Association.

The Management Board of the Association adopted the following resolutions regarding exemptions from the obligation to pay membership fees:

 

  1. "Resolution No. 56 of the Management Board of the Competition Law Association, dated December 15, 2022.

  2. The Management Board of the Competition Law Association repeals Resolution No. 49 of the Management Board of the Competition Law Association, dated July 2, 2008, and establishes the principle that no membership fees shall be paid by employees of administrative bodies on the basis of a statement that in the calendar year concerned, the given member of the Association who is an employee of an administrative body did not receive regular income from sources other than employment with the administrative body."

  3. "Resolution No. 57 of the Management Board of the Competition Law Association dated December 15, 2022.

  4. The Management Board of the Competition Law Association repeals Resolution No. 46 of the Management Board of the Competition Law Association, dated July 2, 2008, and establishes the principle that no membership fees shall be paid by students on the basis of a statement that they have student status in a given year, including an indication of the year of study, degree and field of study, and the name of the department and university."

  5. Resolution No. 47 of the Competition Law Association of July 2, 2008.

  6. The Management Board hereby resolves that no membership fees shall be paid by full-time academics if the given member of the Association who is a full-time academic represents that in the last calendar year s/he did not earn any regular income from non-academic sources.”

  7. Resolution No. 48 of the Competition Law Association of July 2, 2008.

  8. The Management Board hereby resolves that judges shall be exempt from the obligation to pay membership fees.”
